KVKK Notice

Pursuant to the KVKK, we collect your Personal Data by automated or non-automated means, orally, in writing or electronically, and process them within the scope of Article 5.1, Article 5.2, Article 6.2 and Article 6.3 of the KVKK. For detailed information, please read the full Privacy Notice.

With respect to your Personal Data that you share through the channels referred to above, the Data Controller is BNN YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, registered with the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce under trade registry number 327512-5 and having its registered office at İstanbul Altunizade Kısıklı Cad. Tekin Ak İş Merkezi, D:No:3 Daire:9, 34662 Üsküdar/İstanbul.

Within the scope of Article 5.2 and Article 6.3 of the KVKK, your Personal Data may be processed without your explicit consent for the purposes of fulfilling our statutory obligations, the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfilling our legal obligations, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and the protection of our legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as with respect to Personal Data that you have made public.

Your Personal Data may also be processed within the purposes set out in the full Privacy Notice available on our website, within the scope of Article 5.1 and Article 6.2 of the KVKK, subject to obtaining your explicit consent. By registering in our customer database, you give your explicit consent to the processing of your Personal Data by us also outside the exceptional cases.

The Personal Data that you have shared with BNN YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ through the channels referred to in the Privacy Notice will be processed in accordance with the periods mandated by the legislation on the protection of Personal Data, primarily the KVKK, and by other legislation, and in any event for as long as the above legitimate purposes have not ceased to exist.

Your Personal Data may be transferred, without your explicit consent being sought where the purposes determined above within the scope of Article 5.2 and Article 6.3 of the KVKK exist, or on the basis of your explicit consent within the scope of Article 5.1 and Article 6.3 of the KVKK for the purposes set out in the Privacy Notice, to third parties located domestically and abroad (in particular in EU countries, OECD countries, India, China, the United Arab Emirates and Russia) from whom we receive support in areas such as storage, archiving, information technology support (server, hosting, software, cloud computing), security, call center, sales and marketing; to Group Companies with which we cooperate and/or from which we receive services, business partners, supplier companies, banks, financial institutions and consultancy firms from which support is received in areas such as legal, tax and the like; to third parties providing support in sales, marketing and other areas related to the activities of BNN YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (advertising companies for the purpose of sending e-mails and creating campaigns, companies providing CRM support and the like); and to institutions and organizations.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to BNN YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, you have the right to:

   learn the purpose of the processing of your Personal Data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

   know the third parties to whom your Personal Data are transferred domestically or abroad,

   request the rectification of your Personal Data if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately,

   request the erasure or destruction of your Personal Data, to be assessed within the framework of the principles of purpose, duration and legitimacy, if the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist,

   request that, in the event of the rectification, erasure or destruction of your Personal Data, these operations be notified to the third parties to whom the Personal Data have been transferred,

   object to a result to your detriment that arises from the analysis of your processed Personal Data exclusively by means of automated systems,

   request compensation for the damage if you suffer damage as a result of the unlawful processing of your Personal Data.

In this context, you may submit your request concerning the above rights to our e-mail address given below, which may change from time to time, with a secure electronic signature, or deliver it by hand or send it through a notary public to our postal address likewise set out below, which may change from time to time, by means of a petition bearing a wet signature together with documents establishing your identity.

BNN YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request. Should an additional cost arise in connection with the conclusion of requests by BNN YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, the fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged by BNN YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

We would like to emphasize that, in cases where your Personal Data are processed on the basis of explicit consent, if you withdraw such explicit consent, you will be removed from the membership/loyalty program for which the processing based on such explicit consent is necessary, and you will no longer be able to benefit, as of the relevant date, from the advantages you have enjoyed by virtue of such processing.
